I am new to AppointmentCare, but so far really love the ease of use both for myself and my clients.

Giving clients a platform that they could easily access themselves.

Pros

Sending out the link to clients was easy and took that layer of worry off of my shoulders. Customer Care is super responsive to concerns.

Cons

Just wish that the sole practitioner level had an option for email reminders to be sent for upcoming appointments.
