Pros

Excellent customer service, everything was clearly explained, immediate answers, very friendly, very helpful.
Appointy was pretty easy to set up, even for a computer illiterate person like myself. I had some issues, but they were pretty quickly resolved once I chatted with.
It has all the feature you need for appointments scheduling, it has a free plan to get started, and their support is great. Very easy integration into my website and ease of use for customers.

Pros

It was super easy to you and understand. The social aspect, the schedules, and how much money you've made that week is amazing to use.
I like the overall idea of the software and it helps connect employees together for scheduling issues and to communicate. It’s also good to keep up with my schedule and finances all in the same place.
Very reliable, easy to use, and helpful to my success with my job. Also their customer support is excellent.

Cons

I lost count how many screen-captured videos I send this company to improve their software. The worst part is that their software is sitting on unreliable foundation that causes periodic outages.
But for the price I pay I wish to have language option (I need Finnish language for my clients). Integration on Facebook is not available what is bad as everyone is offering it now for schedule.
I can't come up with any negative feedback about this service.

Cons

There’s not anything that I particularly disliked. Maybe having to use my FaceID anytime I exited the app or when there was an interruption.
Branch simply glitches and that's just about everything i hate about it.
I found no real errors or concerns about using the product.
