Pros

Excellent customer service, everything was clearly explained, immediate answers, very friendly, very helpful.
Appointy was pretty easy to set up, even for a computer illiterate person like myself. I had some issues, but they were pretty quickly resolved once I chatted with.
It has all the feature you need for appointments scheduling, it has a free plan to get started, and their support is great. Very easy integration into my website and ease of use for customers.

Pros

Mend overall is a very convenient app with great potential. M excited to see Mend continue to progress as our company expands.
I like the ability to use the service with both the website and the mobile app. Customer service has a chat feature which is very helpful and timely.
It was great for simpler messaging, but a little more difficult when insurance arrangements were complicated. Overall it was a good experience.

Cons

I lost count how many screen-captured videos I send this company to improve their software. The worst part is that their software is sitting on unreliable foundation that causes periodic outages.
But for the price I pay I wish to have language option (I need Finnish language for my clients). Integration on Facebook is not available what is bad as everyone is offering it now for schedule.
I can't come up with any negative feedback about this service.

Cons

A bit complicated, especially the API, it affects the performance. Sometime it's a bit unstable, we saw defects slipping through.
I have less no shows as I can still see clients with transportation or weather related problems.
Some of my clients still have some trouble understanding the software, and I've had to spend some time explaining it to them instead of being able to look it up themselves.
