Pros

Excellent customer service, everything was clearly explained, immediate answers, very friendly, very helpful.
Appointy was pretty easy to set up, even for a computer illiterate person like myself. I had some issues, but they were pretty quickly resolved once I chatted with.
It has all the feature you need for appointments scheduling, it has a free plan to get started, and their support is great. Very easy integration into my website and ease of use for customers.

Pros

Easy, coast effective, and the costumer service is quick, nice and reliable. The app is amazing value for money.
I loved the price, I purchased the product from AppSumo and grabbed the lifetime deal. I also appreciated that they are super responsive.
And I was please with how easy it was to integrate with Stripe. Despite the Cons listed below, I would recommend this software to those seeking an affordable and easy-to-use booking solution.

Cons

I lost count how many screen-captured videos I send this company to improve their software. The worst part is that their software is sitting on unreliable foundation that causes periodic outages.
But for the price I pay I wish to have language option (I need Finnish language for my clients). Integration on Facebook is not available what is bad as everyone is offering it now for schedule.
I can't come up with any negative feedback about this service.

Cons

Omnify regularly double-booked appointments on my Google Calendar to the point that I actually lost valuable clients. It harmed my reputation because I let people down due to missed appointments.
Omnify is the worst tool I have ever purchased.
Perhaps the only thing I dislike is that there are so many features I need to set up.
