Pros

Excellent customer service, everything was clearly explained, immediate answers, very friendly, very helpful.
Appointy was pretty easy to set up, even for a computer illiterate person like myself. I had some issues, but they were pretty quickly resolved once I chatted with.
It has all the feature you need for appointments scheduling, it has a free plan to get started, and their support is great. Very easy integration into my website and ease of use for customers.

Pros

User friendly, the patrol features works wonderfully, incident reporting feature is good but would be better if it can be made simpler when creating report templates.
Good analytics function available to find out the strength and weakness from the report. Users can use this software to find out client’s behaviors to best satisfy their needs.
TrackTik provides a lot of functionality, and has a great support team that is very helpful.

Cons

I lost count how many screen-captured videos I send this company to improve their software. The worst part is that their software is sitting on unreliable foundation that causes periodic outages.
But for the price I pay I wish to have language option (I need Finnish language for my clients). Integration on Facebook is not available what is bad as everyone is offering it now for schedule.
I can't come up with any negative feedback about this service.

Cons

However, companies are so terrified about accountability that they ignore the concept of being "random" and the TrackTik system seems to support this.
Trying to get anything done is really frustrating. Expect to wait days or weeks for "support" to get back to you, and 9/10 times the response is that the problem can't be duplicated.
The only problem that I have run into a few times is that it can be a little hard to navigate sometimes, to find the function I'm looking for.
