Pros

Pros

I love how easy it is to attach a video to emails and track the clicks. Excellent support, they are amazing.
Love the response from my customers as they are receiving my emails. They are beautiful and clear.
What i like the most about Vipecloud is how intuitive and easy to use it is. I love the updated design with the night mode.

Cons

Cons

It was difficult to learn and I have my assistant use the system.
It was duplicated and sometimes distracting verses having all emails in one areas (outlook). Ve since disabled that feature.
In the email builder, i dont like that when I copy and paste text from another application, the formatting and spacing gets wiped away.
