After we integrated APRO CRM with our website, we started to get current statistics on our website visitors and can now pick new leads from online forms, calls from website, and live messenger.

Pros

- automation opportunities for business processes of nearly any complexity - ready-made templates for company documents and property presentations - automatic reports for property owners sent upon each viewing - database of interrelated property/owner/client/agent profiles - autosearch of listings matching client’s request - unlimited tech support services for free - website integration features: online forms, live chat, call from website - website statistics and analytics - integrated ready-to-use email, multiline IP phone and online messenger

Cons

- not all IP phone providers are integrated - interface can be a challenge at times
