Pros

Zendesk sell have been one of the best CRM software that I have tested and used in the past. It has very friendly UI and can be customized to your liking.
The support team is also very good and friendly, it always wants to help you to solve all your problems and are online 24/7.
Because it's a really intuitive system, getting a chance to click around in the CRM and test out how I would set it up made it clear quickly it was going to be an excellent option.

Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
What initially attracted us to this CRM was its cost effectiveness. I was impressed by how easy it was to deploy and run.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.

Cons

Zendesk has the worst customer service, which is crazy because they are a customer service platform. Not many third-party integrations.
Google apps sync is really bad, users all over the world complain about the very poor solution already since 2013 but base doesn't do anything about it.
The glowing response by our sales team makes it hard to dislike the software. However, new users find it tiresome to upload and download contacts in CSV format.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.
