Pros

We liked Base because it does not cost too much and it is good with history. It also plugs with dropbox which is a good feature.
Base CRM has the best mobile apps seamless integrations with phonecalls, emails. Best feautures are Contactclipper, Outlook plugin, gmail support and superb integrations with other webbased apps.
If you are already a Zendesk user, then I definitely recommend choosing Zendesk Sell as a way to expand reach and get higher quality leads. As with Zendesk, I love the simplicity of the program.

Pros

Idloom Events has it all. Add to this an excellent helpdesk, and hands-on mentality (e.g. implementation of support for online events during the Covid-months), make I am really happy about this tool.
It is very user friendly both from the planner perspective as well as the participant's end. It also has a great design which makes our registration pages look very professional.
If something is not clear, the support helps you immediately. Also for our customers, it's so easy, to registrate to our events.

Cons

Zendesk has the worst customer service, which is crazy because they are a customer service platform. Not many third-party integrations.
Google apps sync is really bad, users all over the world complain about the very poor solution already since 2013 but base doesn't do anything about it.
Wanted to give this system a chance but the code is so bad and the amount of times things break or functionality doesn't work is shocking. Upgraded our service and half the stuff stopped working.

Cons

In past, I have to pay people for data entry and they missed some names too, now everything is sorted.
I miss the feature to individualize the event overview more as we need it.
Sometimes a litlle bit difficult to use for older people.
