Beautiful interface, but very difficult to operate.Difficult to find things at least at first sight. My usage is Pipedrive, Hubspot and Sales Force. Here it is difficult to make it flow. But it might be my little experience in this specific tool.
Clean interface.It is within a super strong suite, remember me Netsuite in the 2010, getting super strong in sales and customer support, as Sales Force in the early days. Good potential.
Really not intuitive.Great difficulty in the beginning to understand how to create a company, contact or a deal. It seems that things are hidden.

Simple to use and adaptable to almost any sales-like need. Has a very graphic feel and gives you an excellent timeline overview as it resembles a kanban board for sales/account management.

I sell software for legal departments and lawyers to help them efficiently manage their legal documents. I use Pipedrive daily to manage my pipeline and it works great.
Very user-friendly, quick, and simple. The support has been great also.
Emailing from Pipedrive doesn't have tracking features.

Its been a great tool for helping a team of sales reps sell complex B2B deals. Its extremely customizable, and it fits to the sales process you want to put in place.
Easy tracking of current deal status Very user friendly A tool that reps actually like to use because it saves their time
Some minor bugs come in as Pipedrive grows bigger - Email integration is still unfinished.

We were with Pipedrive for almost two years. During that time, there were things that could be better, but overall we were happy with the experience. Then, one day, we lost everything. Pipedrive had a server error of some sort, and all of our data was deleted. They sent out a mass email to everyone about what had occurred, and that they were working on trying to recover it. But not once did we receive a phone call, get a response to a phone call or anything. We were lost for weeks, and it just didn't seem like the people at Pipedrive cared how much it affected our ability to conduct business. We had to move to a new CRM system. As CEO I just can't afford to have my team in that position.
Ease of use is definitely #1. Pipedrive was insanely easy to use for my team, which was very small at the time. I also enjoyed the multiple pipelines which allowed us to take advantage of the various ways we sell products.
The customer service is by far the worst feature. You can read more about my experience below.

Pipedrive is a very useful tool for running a small business. In my particular case it helps me to sell software solutions like ERP and EAM and it allows a quick start and a very fast learning process.
You can visualize the status of the business in a very simple fashion and easily take actions to improve performance.
I would like to know more about the company that stands behind the solution but there isn´t much information available.

Getting Control of our Pipeline.
It's super intuitive to use. It is easy to get people on board and working with it. The overview of the pipeline is really important for our business, and assisting us in getting better at creating a relationship with a customer, and hopefully in the future to nurture that relationship. If you can work with Zendesk, then support is fast, casual and to the point.
The Reporting statistics aren't that great. The dashboard is basically worthless when you can't customize the metrics. It's annoying to have to make reports in Excel/with a third party. It's not really a CRM in my opinion, as I would like to have more functions for Customer Relationship management on a personal level. And I am still struggling to apply all of our data, and creating lists for e.g. Email segmenting as so on

I cant highlight enough how good it is to see the pipeline view all the time - it just helps to sell. Secondly - Pipedrive has promised to keep the simplicity of use the primary focus - and they have succeeded on it (so far :)) Integrations are good. And the customer support works well too.
Actually only the things that it isn´t meant to do - keeping a bigger and different amount of customer data for example - and i have different tool for that.

Pipedrive has added great value to the way in which daily follow ups and capturing of new deals has become a simple task. Overall Pipedrive has reduced administration time normally associated to Pipeline and CRM tasks, allowing more time to for me to sell! Thank you Pipedrive!!!

The sales funnel is a systematic and visual process to sell our products or services. It is useful to show exactly where the profits of the sale are, it helps us to know if we have enough business to reach the objectives and quotas and also if we have to pay special attention to certain clients.
It gives us a projection and record of sales, managing to have a record of the data of our buyers and helps to project sales in the future
it updates the system without previous warning, which does not allow to fully acclimate to its use, delaying the automation of the registries, its migratory capacity is little versatile.

I only used it for a short while when I was with this company I worked for. During that time I was able to sell outboard motors, parts, and keep track of clients who I had spoken to. It was great to keep notes on customers and come back to if there had been some time in between customer contact.
A lot of features available when you pay for the product. I used it when I was a parts manager for a Marina.
Can seem overwhelming until you get a hang of the features and how to manage leads etc.

I sell boats and needed a simplified CRM that didn't have all the bells and whistles or the big price tag. Pipedrive allows me to access my leads via laptop or mobile device and does not overload me with information or break the bank. Simple to use and has great customer support, although I cannot say I have needed it.
Streamlined format and easy to use whether in the office or on the go. Great support staff!

If you've ever used a CRM not designed by a Sales team, you know the pain it can cause you. Pipedrive is the complete opposite. Everything is smartly laid out, Easy to use, YOU WANT to use it and you'll sell more when you do. Kudos Pipedrive team. You'll pay for it out of your own paycheck if your boss won't it's THAT GOOD!

Can go plenty deep. Deeper than I need. Use the parts you need.

My job as a saleman and project manager is be on the move all the time. Pipedrive is helping me to get the best overview of every deal I have got in my pipeline. What I like the best is statistics, this is showing how I sell and what I have to do to be better at next month. Pipedrive is helping me to develop my skills as a salesman!

Very positive experience thus far using Pipedrive. My background comes from deploying Salesforce.com globally with highly customized objects / workflows. With Pipedrive, it's out-of-the-box simple and to me, cuts directly to the core capabilities you need for your field teams to go sell. It's allowed us to stay focused on what matters - relationship tracking, deal tracking, and making sure we have identified the next actions to avoid funnel stall.
The pro's from my perspective using Pipedrive are: 1) Simplicity: It allows salespeople to focus on what's critical - managing accounts, deals and most importantly, driving next-actions to move deals through the pipeline to closure. 2) Customization: Just enough ability to customize field types, add needed fields to meet your business needs, but not too complicated where it creates over-complexity...
There are a few areas I would like to see improvement: 1) The ability to distribute meeting notes to Pipedrive and non-Pipedrive users. 2) Enhanced Search: Would like to see more robust search engine across the platform. Currently see some limitations in searching titles vs. body of meeting notes for example. As we generate more content, meeting notes, attachments, the need for enhanced search will be needed.

The biggest pro for this system is how I can quickly see opportunities move through my pipeline. I do not miss negotiation opportunities. One downside is I can't manipulate the cost/sell/margin to get a calculation of my sales and projections. If I have to split an order with another region I can't control the cost to get an accurate report of my sales to date with any specific manufacturer.

I love Pipedrive ! It is very easy to use, it is simple and fast. It provides what I need in order to sell. The schedule / activities reminder is great, it helps me to know who should I call , what should I do in each account and at my business meetings. It is easy to customize so you will only have in the screen what you need to see. I recommend Pipedrive.

Overall, we're very happy with Pipedrive and will continue to use it for a long time. It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles, which is what makes it perfect for our small team.
Pipedrive is very intuitive and easy to use. It's not exceptionally glamorous, so it might not be suitable for big teams or large companies with a lot of active clients/projects. However, for a small company like ours, it's very handy and has revolutionized the way we sell. Our sales team likes that this software makes it easy to keep track of sales activities, and we can do some light project management as well, getting even more functionality out of it.
This software doesn't live up to some of its bigger competitors, but for the lower price, you certainly will see a lot of value from it. I'm not sure it would be effective for large teams or large companies, but it's great for small business needs.

Streamlining funnel prospects. Making it easier to prioritize who to communicate with and what stage they're at. See, even after they're "closed" and have paid us, there are still months of work and optimization to be done for them, so we can always see what's going on. We never miss a beat with our funnel customers.
I love the left-to-right "pipeline" format. It makes it easy to track not only where a prospect is at, but how many prospects are at what stage. Makes it super easy to prioritize based on customer status and how many are in that status or stage. Instead of bumping around trying to figure out who is where, you can figure out in about 10 seconds where you're at for the day and prioritize prospects and tasks immediately. When I first started using it to sell funnels it made tracking SO MUCH EASIER.
There honestly isn't much I didn't like, and nothing that I can remember right now. It is simple an straightforward, and does exactly what you'd expect.

Pros - clear, easy to use, intuitive, good on both computer and iPhone Cons - takes some time to tailor it to your industry, but having tried several others (Apptivo, Zoho, Insightly, Highrise, Base) Pipedrive is still the best I'm having to "teach" it to our main sales guy, who basically knows nothing about computers, and he's catching on quite well. Our industry is security, we sell and install camera systems, access control, etc. That's why it's taken a bit of time (a few weeks) to make Pipedrive fit our needs. Now I'm looking for Project Management software to go along with it.

As a sales person I always wanted to focus on the bottom line. I've used a few web-based CRMs over the last few years and Pipedrive gives me the most freedom to actually sell. The time I spend on managing the solution is absolutely minimal (and I don't have a tech team doing it for me). Pipedrive is very friendly and the customization is dead easy. I like the way my communication with prospects is organized, the import wizard is really intuitive and tutorials are aplenty. Great support and responsive customer service! There are still some minor features missing (like saving the mapping of fields while importing contacts or speed of processing incoming mails) but overall it's fun to work with.

We've been running with Pipedrive for some months now and overall we are very happy with the service. It's pretty easy to use as long as you spend a little time thinking it through when setting it up and aligning the team on where and how to fill in what info. Also the price is very good compared to other CRM systems. We've tried both managing our leads through SalesForce and through an online spreadsheet....
