Pros

They have fantastic customer service and a great knowledge base, I believe its called Outreach University for their customers. It is pretty intuitive to use at least at a baseline level.
It has incredible integrations with Salesforce, Drift, and Linkedin Navigator and ultimately helps good BDRs be great.
Overall, I truly believe that Outreach is a tool that has made it possible for me to be successful as an ADM. It makes my tracking of potential clients very smooth and seamless.

You then later find out that they lied and are exeriencing an outage. Then you ask repeatedly for a call back because your manager is upset with them and they can't bother to do that.
There's always something wrong with it. What's worse is when you put in a support ticket, they always give you some generic issue that its on the customer's side.
I don't have a much to complain about. One thing is the outbox doesn't warn me when it stops sending emails out and sometimes won't resume after 24 hours.
