What is bcassa?

bcassa is a cash register system for hairdressing salons. It consists of register software with several additional modules, touch terminals, and cloud communication. The cash register function can also be used offline. Accounting takes place in four modes for staff, customer, products/services, and cash register.

The cash register has a ‘parking’ function so that staff can prepare and call up statements when a customer is ready to leave. In addition to the cash register, bcassa has other modules, such as customer profile management, cash book, product and inventory management, personnel and commission management, marketing, sales reports and statistics, X-receipts, procedural documentation, and an inter-branch office dashboard. Data can be exchanged between branches via the cloud, which means different locations can offer the same prices and services, store customer files, and apply discounts and vouchers to all branches.

Cloud data can be accessed via mobile devices with an app. Owners can use the software to evaluate data and sales via categories including customers, staff, services, and products. It enables owners to gather information about a hairdressing salon location without being physically present at that business.
