Pros

It is great- I can sign on from any computer or phone and access all of my accounts. They are great to work with for any questions you may have.
Don't spend a ton of cash on others when better cater is a great option and cost effective.
It was great for getting me started. The cost is lower than competitors, which made it an easy choice for using while launching our business.

Pros

Event Temple customer care is off the charts fantastic, which is unheard of for annual subscription programs. The program is incredibly customizable, accommodating, and easy to use.
Works great, super easy to use and if you're a detail oriented, organized person, ET will help you thrive at your job.
Easy to use, great automation. Being able to see stats on your emails as well as read receipts is awesome.

Cons

The whole beverage section and the way you enter your beverages is just way out in left field. Tied in with the last two sentences: the beverage packages management is also terrible.
The pre-discount calculation is very confusing in how it's implemented.
It seemed great at first, but lack of customization and flexibility is frustrating.

Cons

Event Temple has streamlined our process and freed us of the "busy work" and lowered the human margin for error when we get bogged down during the busy season.
When I first become a subscriber the software was difficult to delete large bridal leads listing. That problem was correct and to be honest this is the only issue I can recall with Event Temple.
Nothing - the team at Event Temple are so open to improvements and ideas that we feel that any negative issues have been resolved as we installed and used the system.
