Pros

It is great- I can sign on from any computer or phone and access all of my accounts. They are great to work with for any questions you may have.
Don't spend a ton of cash on others when better cater is a great option and cost effective.
It was great for getting me started. The cost is lower than competitors, which made it an easy choice for using while launching our business.

Amazing dedicated customer success. They are more than just a software company, they consult and make sure you succeed.
Saves a huge amount of work by automatically nurturing and qualifying leads using AI. Great customer success team.

Cons

The whole beverage section and the way you enter your beverages is just way out in left field. Tied in with the last two sentences: the beverage packages management is also terrible.
The pre-discount calculation is very confusing in how it's implemented.
It seemed great at first, but lack of customization and flexibility is frustrating.

Cons

Hand over only qualified leads to your inside sales team. Remove repetitive error prone tasks your SDR and rep are performing.
The integration into our CRM system was a bit confusing - it's not readily clear how fields should be mapped.
Exceed.ai requires you SDRs to spend one hour a day on the system approving messages and editing responses when Exceed is unsure what to do.
