Pros

It is great- I can sign on from any computer or phone and access all of my accounts. They are great to work with for any questions you may have.
Don't spend a ton of cash on others when better cater is a great option and cost effective.
It was great for getting me started. The cost is lower than competitors, which made it an easy choice for using while launching our business.

Pros

Overall, I do love the app. The price is amazing, the capabilities and great, and the functionailit for myself and my clients are appreciated.
My PT Hub is affordable, easy to use and fully customizable for all heath and fitness professionals. I love the way it tracks progress with my clients and gives them an easy way to check in with me.
It has been a very pleasant experience using MyPTHub, as it has created huge ease for me and my clients with tracking progress of programs.

Cons

The whole beverage section and the way you enter your beverages is just way out in left field. Tied in with the last two sentences: the beverage packages management is also terrible.
The pre-discount calculation is very confusing in how it's implemented.
It seemed great at first, but lack of customization and flexibility is frustrating.

Cons

I hate hate hate, how unorganized this company is, they straight up lost my customers payment and then told me that I will just have to wait around to see when the funds deposit.
The move to V3 is what is the big failure here. The lack of transparency on what will happen with V2 has led me to decide to leave them and not use their service again.
It’s a little confusing to use ... lots of choices but unsure how to use them all.
