The customer service team are fantastic, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] mostly looked after our account and they have been formidable and eager to listen to us to improve the platform.
Very easy to deploy in a short period of time, easy to use overall and to navigate. Fantastic button options to integrate to our own website.
There are still missing features for attractions like ours in the system. For example: 1. We would like to be able to set a different capacity for each time slot without having to create a separate event. This is to allow us to offer longer tours or special tours (night time tours for example). 3. Our attraction offers free entry to visitors under 16. There is not a limit as to how many of these can be booked with adult tickets. If booked on their own, we would also like to be able to set a separate limit and for all ticket holders to confirm their names. 4. We also offer free entry to Historic House Association members. We request details of their membership number when they book but people tend to only put the card numbers and we need their names too. If we have a booking for 5 guests, all with HHA cards, we only get one lead name when we would need all of their names with their respective card numbers. What we are getting at the moment is a list of numbers and one lead name. When guests turn up, they are frustrated to be asked again for those details since they had to give them when booking. 5. Receive notifications for messages received on the Beyonk Platform if you have not logged on for a while: we use Beyonk seasonally (over the Easter week and the summer) and have had guests contacting us about lost property on Beyonk and had not seen the messages as we were not logging on.

Very happy overall. The fact that it’s possible to do mass refunds if an event has to be cancelled will save a lot of time.
The ease of use, integrated QR ticket scanner, support, shortened customer journey and widget integration on our website.
Depth of reports could be improved.Apple Pay added to checkout.

The team at Beyonk made transitioning from our previous ticketing platform very simple and easy to do. From zoom walk-throughs of how to set everything up, to super fast email responses, to checking in with us to make sure we're happy...the service has been great. We would certainly recommend them to other small attractions.
The biggest plus-point for us is the ability to integrate the booking form directly into our website. With as few steps as possible for our visitors, it makes the booking process much more streamline - and more professional.Being able to edit every aspect - including the colour palette to fit our scheme - was an added bonus. The analytics within the dashboard are extremely useful. The addition of the 'apps' to include things like discount codes, customised emails and so on are inspired - being able to add as much or as little as you'd like. Moving bookings around, blocking out times, increasing & decreasing visitor capacity...all marvellous.
There are the odd occasions where we have to make up a solution to an issue. For instance, if within a group booking there is one person who could come but would like to come on a different day, it would be great to be able to move a single ticket across to a new date. We are unable to check visitors in using the QR codes as our tablet is too old. It has been fine for other QR systems, but we cannot log in to our Beyonk dashboard at all! Therefore we just check in visitors via their surname, which works fine.
Hi Vikki, Thank you for the lovely review and taking the time to write it! There is a solution for this: You can amend the original booking and change the amount of tickets for that booking, deducting the ones you need to move to a different date. Once you have saved those changes and notified the customer, you can add a new manual booking with the new tickets on the new date. Option 1 - you remove the tickets and issue a refund for the amount as needed. Then take a new payment on the phone under Add a Sale on your Dashboard Information 🚀 Option 2 - you only edit the tickets but do not issue a refund. Then add a manual booking indicating 'other payment', meaning you do not add a new payment to your reporting. You can use the manual 'Source of Sale' to add the original Booking ID so you know where those 'free' tickets are coming from and how they were paid for. To many more years of working together! 🎉

Very easy and enjoyable process. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is brilliant, we had a few zoom calls to discuss what we needed and how our company works and how Beyonk could work for us, he answered all of my endless questions. Helped me set everything up and got it all running on our website. Fantastic customer service plus Beyonk is so endearing due to the no big set up fee/yearly fees so saves a lot of money. Software looks fab on our website and we can add experiences whenever we want. We also have Gift Vouchers set up which has proven popular as well. Really happy, thank you Louis and all the team at Beyonk.
Very easy to use, love how you can go on the diary and shut off a timeslot, a certain activity, a full day or even a period of time like we have done for the Christmas period. You can add activities whenever you like, also like the gift voucher
It takes a while to add all the activities as we are a multi activity centre but it is worth it and the software on our website looks fab

Switching to beyonk has made the admin side of creating tickets/events bookable on our website so much easier and user friendly. The support you receive from the team is exceptional
The reporting features in my opinion could do with some changes to make it more useful to us as a business. However beyonk are always looking to improve and happy to look at suggestions

Beyonk is a really simple and user friendly product. Our demographic is mostly elderly people who in the past have struggled to book online. Beyonk's product is so easy to use which has resulted in less booking issues for our customers. It is also great from an administrative side, really easy to amend customer bookings, answer enquiries, scan tickets, add events/block availability and integrating to our website was simple. Any time I have needed help with anything, a member of the team has been in contact with me nearly instantly and all problems have been resolved instantly. It really is an all round amazing product.
There is nothing I would change currently.

The Beyonk booking software is very easy to use for our visitors and a real improvement on our old booking system. We have seen an increase in online sales with the user friendly interface. For our staff members it is easy and straight forward to use both in terms of adding / amending our sailing times and also in being able to easily view bookings for the day / month ahead.
We can't really fault the Beyonk booking software. The initial integration was complicated as we had a lot of forward bookings on our old booking system but the staff were incredibly helpful and made this a seamless process and it all ran incredible smoothly.

Teaming up with Beyonk has been one of our most important and best business decisions of late. It's allowed guests to book experiences online around the clock. It's freed up a huge amount of time, that would have been spent on taking manual bookings. Creating our bookable experiences with Beyonk has challenged us to think about our offering, the scheduling and pricing. It's been great to see it all come together, to feature on the Beyonk market place and benefit from all their knowledge.
To help make booking experiences with us more user-friendly, to help manage the volume of bookings and to improve efficiency, we partnered last year with Beyonk. Their support from the initial contact has been excellent, and this combined with their knowledge, understanding of our requirements, attention to detail, willingness to listen and their drive to make the customer journey as slick as possible proves that we made the right decision. We’re looking forward to what this year and beyond will bring, as a direct result of working with Oscar and the team at Beyonk, with the added benefit of sharing our experiences for direct bookings with major tourism promoters and national parks.
Initially there were elements that we felt were missing and we fed these back. Beyonk reacted to these quickly and engaged in zoom meetings and calls to better understand our needs which would allow them to work on the content to implement certain functions. There are still some functions we'd like to see, but I'm sure these will be on board as soon as time allows.

A above! Overall, I'm very happy!
The feature that initially brought us to Beyonk is the ticketed time slots. We had an event that required 24 tickets for every half an hour. Beyonk was able to handle this with ease and saved us hours and hours of work. Now we use it for all our events throughout the year. The interface is slick and looks attractive and professional. It's easy to get the events listed and amended, it sends all the tickets, confirmation emails and reminders automatically (customizable) and the payments/refunds are handled painlessly. The biggest plus has been the exceptional customer service. With your own contact in the support team, help is always at hand, they listen and get it sorted asap. I am so glad I found Beyonk and recommend them to fellow business owners as a great ticketing solution.
My only comment would be to have more flexibility with the ticket reports. Every report downloads all the information for that event. Some of my events are over two days, or multiple times slots. Currently I'm unable to download reports by day or by time slot so I need to go through manually to pick out those in a particular time slot. I've raised this on the phone before however so this may already be being looked at. I'd like the comments section to be an option to include on the report. So for example, the Christmas Special. I'd like a report that shows me every ticket holder for the 11:30 santa visit, including their comments - which is where they provide the child's name and age. Currently to see the child's name and age I have to go into every booking separately and write it out!

The simplicity of the interface is an important factor for whether or not we enjoy working with a solution on the back end. Language and menus are easily understandable, and reports are easier to locate and understand than other products we have used.
I find it much easier to use than Eventbrite in the way of setting up events, creating various tickets, etc., along with lower rates for the service. Customer service feels personalized, and staff are very open to suggestions for product improvement. It doesn't feel like I'm dealing with a huge corporation.
The product is still being developed, and a Beyonk app has not yet been released (although staff says it's on the way).

We solved all our Social Distancing problems for Covid19 using Beyonk, to keep our visitors away from each other as dictated by the Law. We are members of Visit Peak District and Derbyshire who use Beyonk as a Distribution Channel, and our Attraction is important to their marketing too.
Customer support absolutely outstanding and help is always there, especially when setting up and continues to be so as we develop our business. Integrates with other OTAs and look forward to development of a Channel manager capability. Great to use for changes to customer bookings.
Not much to not to like ! Would like to customise printed daily booking forms which still find difficult

Fantastic overall experience...our first event with them was a trial to see how we got on but they have exceeded expectations and if we can iron out the functionality we require (and they keep to fair fees) then I think its a relationship that will blossom!
The Beyonk team are extremely friendly and down to earth. They listened to our requirements and went out of their way to ensure that these were met. They prioritised new features that would help us, and always listen and take on board feedback. The ticketing system is easy to use and the support team are fantastic when there are any enquiries to be made.
Some features that we require arn't currently available. In comparison to other ticketing providers there are limited reports.

Customer service has been great. There has been a bit of a learning curve in learning how to access reports and certain information on the system, but they are very responsive to my questions.
I really like the cart feature when buying tickets. I also appreciate how quickly they integrate new features and take feedback about what we would like to see.
I would really like to be able to put a picture with an available add on.

it is brilliant - i always know that what i want to do is there somewhere. if i cannot find it then a quick email sets me right, and the response is always helpful and prompt
the guys who helped set us up were efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful at all stages - being careful not to overload us with information at the start but being there to help at every stage.
i have to total the number of bookings when i go onto the reports page - but i understand there is another way of doing this... just haven't had time to crack that!

the fact that it doesn't inform you when a customer hasn't received a confirmation email.

In developing the Beyonk technology, we have taken a lot of care to ensure our booking confirmations have a very high success rate. In some cases, however, where customers may have a very rigorous filter on their emails which sends them to spam, there's very little we - or any other booking software - can do about that, nor would anyone be able to tell if that has happened. On occasions when the customer might make a mistake on their email address, we can activate a double verification process on your account to eradicate that, and we will be in touch with you directly about that. I hope this latter solution will help rectify the problem, and as ever we're happy to help with any other issue you may have. All the best, The Beyonk Team.

Very good, easy to use, innovative and a friendly and helpful team behind it.
Having never used an online booking software before, Beyonk was easy to use, works well with our business and our customer base. I can access it anyway and make changes easily. The support team are really helpful and always answer phone calls, emails or texts straight away. They take on feedback and have always solved any problem i've encountered very quickly.
The software could be improved for hosting private experiences - for example the ticket pricing structure doesn't match our price structure, so our visitors buy one ticket for four people in order to get the correct price - sometimes customers get confused when the system says they have one guest booked (when in actual fact the ticket is for 4).

Overall we found Beyonk engaging when we were assessing whether to sign up and found the team to be knowledgeable and helpful. Then set up was well managed in line with our needs and timescales, training was excellent and support throughout has been very good. And our key aim of reducing our manual office processes has been met - it has made a huge difference.
Product is easy to use, to set up events and tickets, to change and amend as needed, to get the financial and payment information we need. and to easily extract figures on sales and visitor numbers. It has reduced our manual administration processes significantly. It was easy to integrate with our WordPress website, and the customer support during and after implementation has been excellent.
There are some developmental requirements mainly to do with branding in line with our own logo and colours, and some of the wording in the auto emails is to be amended to be less generic and more suitable for our business.

Sanctum of Horror's experience with Beyonk has been beyond exceptional. From the initial correspondence through email, various virtual meetings, and continued support from the amazing Team at Beyonk, the business decision to migrate to Beyonk as a Ticket Agent was the smartest and easiest decision. Every member of the Beyonk Team is amazing, the system they have built is superior to similar products in the industry while staying extremely humble and providing outstanding customer service.
The quickest answer is everything. From the 1:1 customer service, and amazing interface, to the easiest setup\intergration I've had the pleasure of using, it's top notch and the entire Beyonk Team should be very proud of what they've built.
