Beyonk is free for free events and offers flexible pricing plans to suit all ranges of businesses with volume discounts. The most common pricing plan is pay as you go, where you have the option of passing on a small checkout fee to get the system completely for free, or you can absorb this fee within your ticket price. Pay as you go rates are dependent on the size of your business and average order value.

SImplyAlpaca goes Beyonk!

Beyonk fulfil the same booking platform as out previous product but in a much simpler and cheaper way.

Pros

As a non-techy person, being able to upload and edit my experiences, workshops and events simply and easily. My web designer was able to upload the portal to my website quickly and easily without having to refer back to Beyonk technical support. I like that the payment partnership with Stripe is so transparent.

Cons

Not found any issues as yet, other than requesting. new experience category to be dded that more accurately described my offering.

I am very satisfied with Beyonk, especially appreciating the absence of initial costs to get started, which is a significant advantage over other providers. The fees are minimal in comparison, making it economically appealing. The system itself is user-friendly and straightforward to operate, which I highly value. I would definitely recommend Beyonk to others. Additionally, their fairness in fee structure is commendable; they don't charge exorbitant percentages like some comparable services. Using Beyonk for ticket sales for a 4 day event

Positive and I'd certainly use them for ticketing for the event next year and potentially for any other events if they provide the features that particular event would need.

Pros

I researched 4 or 5 ticket agencies to sell tickets for an event I was producing and chose Beyonk. Most of the agencies I spoke to had similar features and were broadly similar in their charging structure. I mainly chose Beyonk as it was able to break tickets sales down into half hour slots across the day, which I needed, did not charge a set up fee, and was a bit cheaper than the others I researched. Also the support team & my account manager seemed like they would provide good assistance if I needed it, and that very much proved to be the case. Always swift in their service and always able to resolve any issues or questions that I had.

Cons

There were a few features that I asked about that were either in development or needed to be activated by the support team rather than being something I could just do myself. But not a major problem.

Overstone Grange Farm and Beyonk

Beyonk have enabled me to take online bookings so i can plan my catering and staffing much more efficiently. I wanted an experience that would not be expensive for my customer but would provide them with the best possible service.

Pros

Beyonk is easy for both my customer to use and for me, as a business owner to use. The integration into my website was seamless and the help and guidance provided by [sensitive content hidden] is second to none. It is easy to amend and create multiple events quickly.

Cons

I do not like that is shows how many tickets are available to book. A colour code system would be preferable so my customer can see which slots are almost sold out but dont know exact numbers.

Best booking software I have come across so far

It has increased booking sales by being very easy to use on the consumer end. I spend a lot less time on the phone organising bookings as customers can do it all themselves.

Pros

Beyond was easy to set up and use for both my hire and tuition offers.I have struggled in the past to find a system that allows me to use one pool of resources for multiple experiences and I would only be able to allocate half of my products to either hire or tuition to avoid over selling.Beyonk offered this and the cost is passed on to the customer so It has been a very inexpensive and easy solution to my problem.The technology grows every year and there are always great updates to keep on top of what the user needs.

Cons

The scheduling page looks very cluttered. I have a lot of products to hire for different durations and each product is displayed individually. It would be good if this could somehow be condensed so when adding in a manual sale I just click on the day I want, and enter in the relevant information here instead of trying to hover over the right product and time slot.

Beyonk is best!

Teaming up with Beyonk has been one of our most important and best business decisions of late. It's allowed guests to book experiences online around the clock. It's freed up a huge amount of time, that would have been spent on taking manual bookings. Creating our bookable experiences with Beyonk has challenged us to think about our offering, the scheduling and pricing. It's been great to see it all come together, to feature on the Beyonk market place and benefit from all their knowledge.

Pros

To help make booking experiences with us more user-friendly, to help manage the volume of bookings and to improve efficiency, we partnered last year with Beyonk. Their support from the initial contact has been excellent, and this combined with their knowledge, understanding of our requirements, attention to detail, willingness to listen and their drive to make the customer journey as slick as possible proves that we made the right decision. We’re looking forward to what this year and beyond will bring, as a direct result of working with Oscar and the team at Beyonk, with the added benefit of sharing our experiences for direct bookings with major tourism promoters and national parks.

Cons

Initially there were elements that we felt were missing and we fed these back. Beyonk reacted to these quickly and engaged in zoom meetings and calls to better understand our needs which would allow them to work on the content to implement certain functions. There are still some functions we'd like to see, but I'm sure these will be on board as soon as time allows.

Great online booking system, easy to use and innovative

Very good, easy to use, innovative and a friendly and helpful team behind it.

Pros

Having never used an online booking software before, Beyonk was easy to use, works well with our business and our customer base. I can access it anyway and make changes easily. The support team are really helpful and always answer phone calls, emails or texts straight away. They take on feedback and have always solved any problem i've encountered very quickly.

Cons

The software could be improved for hosting private experiences - for example the ticket pricing structure doesn't match our price structure, so our visitors buy one ticket for four people in order to get the correct price - sometimes customers get confused when the system says they have one guest booked (when in actual fact the ticket is for 4).

Beyonk is a game-changer!

As a growing non-profit, companies constantly solicited our organization for services such as ticket sales and memberships in the past. I was quoted as much as $30k for said services. Way out of our price range! When [sensitive content hidden] called me to pitch Beyonk, I was obviously skeptical, BUT I really liked [sensitive content hidden] and her non-pushy approach, so I decided to schedule a demo with her. I loved working with [sensitive content hidden] and that Beyonk was SO CLEAN on the admin side. SO EASY. Best part? FREE for our organization to use! I had a small group of experts from Beyonk help set up our tickets and memberships, and launching was the easiest thing I've ever done regarding the technical side. I was able to embed Beyonk on our website with ease, and sales were almost immediate. Total game-changer. I highly recommend Beyonk to ANY organization looking to up their game and work with a first-class company who actually delivers on what they promise.

Overall happy a monthly or quarterly check in would be useful to fin tune courses, marketing and ideas to better improve customer experience.

Pros

The dashboard interface is a great user friendly tool allowing emails and direct contact to clients, which is useful for a seamless customer experience. Having the ability to see sales and bookings and how much has been paid upfront. Low interest rate, long may it continue.

Cons

Clunky date selection, unbale to select dates without having to scroll through the whole calendar. Needs to have an easier access for a smoother customer experience.

Our online ticket provider

Always efficient and very professional - a great team to work with. Despite our show being quite small in their profolio, they have never made us feel as though our event doesn't count.

Pros

With our inexperience in the field we wanted to find a company that would provide us with full support. Beyonk and the team have been with us since day one and always provided a friendly and efficient service.

Cons

They probably aren't the cheapest on the market however, they are very easy to work with and able to overcome any issues we've had along the way.

Simple online presence and helpful support.

Using Beyonk has given us an online presence that we didn’t previously have for no extra cost. The Team have been very helpful setting up the system and are always on call if you have any questions.

Pros

There is no cost to having the software. If people use it then we are happy to pay commission. The support team is always there to help when required.

Cons

Would like a print out or single screen of bookings per day. Currently you can create a CSV file but there is a lot to do to it to make it useful.

superb ticketing platform for attractions

Superb, great business support, ease of use, and very cost effective.

Pros

We recently moved our special events ticketing to Beyonk and have been so pleased with the functionality and ease of use. We now use it for all our online ticketing. Its a very well designed, easy to use system both at the customer interface, managing customer requests and refunds. Reports and customer information is straightforward and simple to access.

Cons

Only a slight niggle but some screen checkboxes e.g. to send email responses to customers are low contrast and easy to miss until you get used to it.

Online booking system

Excellent support and engagement, even though my business is not making them any significant revenue.

Pros

No up front cost you only pay for transactions, so no risk trying them.Frist rate support and help.

Cons

It would be nice if they were also did marketing, obviously at an extra cost.
