Simple easy to use UI. Navigation is awesome. Straight up pipeline focused with necessary workflows automation
Contact to account look up is available the vice versa isnt there hence there is difficulty while selecting a contact during deal creation

Support team are great, you can selected specific time slots to chat with a support representative, They will assist you with Setup, or if you unsure how to setup your system.
You have various templates to choose from, you can setup your CRM system within a few minutes.
Everything we needed thus far was solved within Zoho Bigin

An attempt at a CRM system that needs a lot of development. This may be appropriate for some industries e.g. call centres, but not for managing financial services pipelines etc.
The pipeline is simple to manage, but it's clear that this is not a CRM system that was designed for financial services.
Bigin is very inflexible and amends or additions to your setup come at a cost. The system is also very basic and clunky: for example, dashboard reports cannot be exported as a view of the whole report, instead you only have the option to export an individual graph at a time.

Affordable in its category. Best for operations and sales. Great for customer relationship management team and has a lot of features that can be integrated via API

The Sales Pipeline is very intuitive and simple. We always pull up the Bigin Sales Pipeline on our weekly sales call as the team discusses current sales opportunities.
Little tricky to find things sometimes. For example, today I tried to figure out how to merge multiple contacts into one contact to eliminate duplicates. Was pretty intuitive in ZoHo CRM, but not as easy to do in Bigin.

Perfect Demo with all information required to curate my own Bigin dashboard. Flow of the software runs really well with our business and each employee has integrated it into their area of the business easily.

Too many options and a bit overcrowded. I would have liked it to have a few fewer options to make it easy to use it. But overall it's a great tool to start.

We have had a great experience with Bigin, it was a great alternative while lowering our costs. It offers a great value for the money we pay for it.
While trying to lower our costs derived from the health crisis, we searched for CRM alternatives and ultimately we choose Bigin, due to their clean interface and the functionality they offer, as well as their low price (but great value overall)
Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own.

Easy to set up and learn how to use If you are new to CRM and need one, this is a great starting point, and you can add features you need as you grow.
Love that I can customize workflows, and store e-mail templates to reduce the time cost of doing everyday things with more precision.
Would be great if the tasks sent reminders for the day they were due rather than on the day they are set.

Client activity is consistent and I don't forget deals
The Deal stages and Dashboard features are what I use the most. I am able to keep track of my progress and set activities for myself.
Probability feature for each deal stage would be helpful to estimate what I could close off with on the month

My overall experience with this product is very positive.
I tend to be a bit disorganized and my colleagues complain about this. Since using BIGIN they are all complimenting me for my newly found organizational skills. Of course I do not tell them why and take the credit.
It was a little complicated at first for me to understand all the features. With practice it became second nature

Awesome!!
The possibility of integration your emails and workflows within the CRM are priceless! This saves me so much time.
Sending emails from the software doesn't give the same look and feel as from my mail software.

I like the direct way of communicating with the zoho team. As I am bringing in a number of additional proposals for new / extended features, I really feel that they do care a lot. I have been developing complex platforms since 15 years, and bigin has a huge potential.
I like most the now existing way to work on each deal and to know exactly what is on!
regrettably, we're presently having an issue with the proper synchronisation of emails, but the team is intensely working on this problem.
