Specially for me as a team manager, I could review tasks, commercial activity, invoices...anywhere, anytime and online.

Pros

The evolution, I started to use it 2 years ago and I realize they're constantly improving the app, adding more features and redesigning a new UI faster and friendly.

Cons

I'd like to improve the dashboard adding more options that let users customize not only the elements available on the welcome screen, however the elements itself.

El seguimiento de la actividad comercial y la cronologia de actividades en la gestión de proyectos son funciones y apicaciones muy bien desarrolladas que contribuyen a desarrollar una gestión muchísimo mñas ordenada y eficiente.

Hecho en falta un enlace a la gestión de RR.SS y web para poder enlacar la actividad comercial con marketing

I'm happy, but for it to be ideal I would especially need the double control part. Now I am trying to implement the prestashop invoices but I still cannot evaluate the theme because I do not have it installed yet.

Pros

I was looking for a cheap software that gives me the basic benefits and this one has them The attention is excellent and the solutions when it fails are quite fast. They are always implementing new things although they do not always serve me.

Cons

The biggest problem I see is that it does not have double entry control, that is, if I make a credit in the bank because I have deposited money, the balance of the account does not drop in cash.

Billage me aporta facilidad y rapidez en mi gestión diaria. Es el programa que necesito para que todo en mi negocio esté ordenado y no tenga el caos de tener mil documentos repartidos por el ordenador. Con él es todo ventajas.

Pros

Llevo utilizando Billage más de 3 años y no lo cambio por nada del mundo. Me facilita mi trabajo diario, es muy sencillo de utilizar y funciona muy bien. La atención del equipo es estupenda y me ayudan siempre que lo necesito. Además tengo la facilidad de poder usar los módulos que necesito, facturación y proyectos.

Cons

Me costó un poco entender al principio cómo funcionaba porque nunca habia usado un CRM, el equipo me ayudó y además tienen muchos tutoriales que lo explican todo con facilidad.

Estoy contenta, pero para que sea ideal necesitaria especialmente la parte del doble control. Ahora estoy tratando de implementar las facturas de prestashop pero aun no puedo evaluar el tema porque no lo tengo instalado aun.

Pros

Buscaba un software barato que me de las prestaciones basicas y este las tiene La atencion es excelente y las soluciones cuando falla son bastante rapidas. Siempre estan implementando nuevas cosas aunque no siempre me sirven a mi.

Cons

El mayor problema que le veo es que no tiene el control de doble entrada, o sea, que si hago un credito en el banco porque he ingresado dinero, no baja el saldo de la cuenta en efectivo.

En general estamos muy contentos con el programa y sin duda para el tema de facturación lo recomendaríamos.

Pros

Nos ha ayudado a llevar un control de la ventas y de gastos eficientes.

Cons

Lo que menos nos ha gustado es que a veces resulta poco intuitivo y que en ocasiones se hace un poco complicado realizar alguna tarea, ya que te "tira" de la ventana en la que estás.. por ejemplo, al modificar el estado dentro de un presupuesto te devuelve a la pagina principal de estos y otros temas similares. También nos hubiese gustado utilizarlo para la gestión de los proyectos pero se nos hace complicado adaptarlo a nuestras necesidades.

Impulso alineado con políticas de calidad

Aquí, como sucede con nuestros productos, se da el caso de que no sería justo hablar del software sin mencionar a los servicios. Creo que eso marca la diferencia: su servicio de soporte es genial. Tienen un servicio de mesa de ayuda dispuesto a ayudar y dar soluciones a las dudas y consultas, con un botón de chat siempre disponible. Es muy importante que además de la robustez del sistema, sin fallos en todo este tiempo, se puede contar con un socio tecnológico cercano y colaborativo.

Pros

Nos ha aportado orden en la gestión y la posibilidad de compartir información útil, además de coordinar las acciones comerciales y de marketing y dar un impulso a la puesta en práctica de las políticas de calidad.

Cons

Siempre encuentras pequeños desajustes, algunos de ellos los enviamos como sugerencias y en varios casos son tenidos en cuenta. Hay algunas funciones que no utilizamos, bien porque lo hacemos de otra manera o porque no nos hemos ocupado de entender su funcionamiento por causa del trabajo. Quizás algunas opciones no se terminan de ajustar a lo que necesitamos y nos requieren cierta adaptación, pero es realmente muy probable que se deba más a nuestro desconocimiento de cómo modificarlo, que a la rigidez del sistema.
