We have only had a couple cards with issues, and after contacting their support team, was resolved in minutes. i had one card when i first started using BlackHawk i wasnt aware of expiration. they went above and beyond by explaining in detail each step of redeeming, in ways i could understand, and then proceed to re activating my card for me so i didnt loose it when it was my fault so nothing bad here to say. i highly recommend anybody give them a try. its worth it for sure.

Overall, I had a great experience. Despite the issue I experienced with missing my account setup window, I was able to contact customer service to get a new link. They did not respond the same day, but when I followed up the next day and explained that I was working on a time-crunch, they were almost immediately responsive and very helpful.
