Pros

Having him backing us on this is huge, because this is a new system for us and he makes it super easy to use and be successful.
Aside from the Lead Management software being one of the most user friendly programs, and best integrative technology, Blitz has great customer service.
So far we have loved it we were able to get up and running quickly like it better than Eagent.

Pros

We are happy to use the functionalities like contact management and the best Email marketing. We can say that the software is flexible enough to complete our needs.
The ability to use SuiteCRM and customize it to your needs is FANTASTIC. We needed a catering management tool, everything on the market was out of our price range, or did not provide what we wanted.
Overall though; what do you expect for free. We are still satisfied and have been using Suite for several years now because it is free and full of flexible functionalities.

Cons

The reports are a little hard to read and take too long to update I might be missing a step in the process.
Blitz is a self serve account, so if you don't work the account, it stays an unorganized, jumbled mess. It would be cool if you are able to mass delete.
I don't like that I have to convert files into csv before I can upload even a basic spreadsheet.

Cons

I made the mistake of rolling out a highly customized CRM and later had to add functions/features that essentially broke because of my customizations.
Moving servers or performing updates often requires trouble shooting. If you are not up for that you should use their hosted service.
But something must have fallen through in beta testing as I discovered several issues withing 15 minutes of testing.
