Pros

The userfriendly functionality is awesome. And the presentation of our tours and lessons is perfect.
That's very helpful in your work organisation and having the chance to meet into the marketplace other provider that an help you into the selling of your products it's a very important idea.
Best benefit is sponsored placement on Tripadvisor for me now. But am planing to use other sites that Bokun supports and I believe it will be extremely useful to have it all managed from one place.

Cons

Need some branching to products tree, just to be able to upload/create products separately (Multi day tours alone, Excursions alone, transfers alone etc.).
Some annoying bugs which aren’t fixed. Big changes are made without warning so that for example the API does not work correctly anymore.
It's not their fault but the biggest problem is that 1 Bokun account connects with only one Viator account. As we were venturing into multiple cities and looking at managing multiple Viator pages.
