Pros

When it came back in 2019, I jumped on the chance to stack an extra code. Since then, I've used it to set up my booking page and found it not only powerful, but easy to use, and with great support.
Overall BLAB is a good system and great for the cost. It's super easy to use and the BLAB developers are working hard to improve it all the time.
I love being able to set up appointments and embed the code into my website with it. The details on customization is stellar and I just LOVE BOOK LIKE A BOSS.

Pros

The ability to break each job down to its component cost and let you know what your true cost and margins are on each job is great.
Their system is very user friendly and I love the customization for their format.
Pros: easy to learn, Easy drag and drop scheduling, customer service is great, the customization is amazing.

Cons

It's quite disappointing, especially because there's no forecast or outlook given on when it will be available, if at all.
It was a little hard to get set up initially, both within the software and integrating with my Google calendar. Having multiple places to change the same function was frustrating at times.
Instead, I'm forced to delete them and create new ones. That's a minor annoyance, not a dealbreaker.

Cons

You name it and it either is still not working or has broken multiple times in the last few months.
The amount of glitches we had to deal with and the amount of issues still unresolved major part of program broken and still no fix.
I struggle with technical issues and they take time to explain (in English) what is going on.
