Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

Not only does the product itself fit our needs and is easy to use for both clients and staff, the customer service is outstanding.
Not only Booksteam is better priced, but in my opinion it is a better software overall. I really like the booking page design, it is very stylish.
Very nice and friendly support team, anything I ask they reply instant and professional (and I ask a lot of questions ha).

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

My business is no longer myself, it's grown, and between me and my 7 employees we schedule a ton of appointments and pen and paper just doesn't cut it.
M a photographer and sometimes I get real busy with the shoot, and it used to be huge inconvenience to deal with clients over the email or phone to schedule them in.
Even though the e-mail option works very quickly when there is a customer service issue, I still miss the person to person contact of a phone call.
