Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

I LOVE how user-friendly it is. Customer service is AMAZING, I've had two different representatives reach out to me and make sure I was comfortable using the software (Thanks Mak and Lily!).
I love how you put what you need and the vendors reaches out to me with their quotes and availabilities. It makes comparing quotes easy and payment function is also built in so it feels secure.
Having a solid on-boarding process is crucial, and having HoneyBook helped me up my game SO much. I love, love, love how confident I feel in my processes, especially my on-boarding process.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

My only complaint, which is more of a personal preference than a complaint, is that the invoice templates are a bit difficult to figure out when you begin using them.
After a disagreement about drapery our wedding planner quit and refused to return our money and deleted all information off honeybook immediately.
Very confusing switching over. I have been running my client management for over 4 years on my own.
