Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

And the best thing is that it is improved constantly. Managing tours of all kinds (walking, water, flights, etc.), outdoors adventures, or food and drinks experiences never were so easy.
The interphase with google analytics was superior and enabled great conversion tracking through the reservation system with minimal set up. Color and theme set up with canned emails was good.
The best part is this software is designed for the user, cheap and can be used in Costa Rica. This tool will be of great help for waivers, payment hold and organizing offline bookings.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

Didn't really drive any new tours and did a poor job of integrating into our website. Customer service was really bad.
This software was not for Escape rooms the ease of use was terrible the overall build was crazy especially the name of the topics.
Lots of functionality that may be intimidating until it is explained by their team.
