Pros

Planet Earth needs love, we love each other to have good future, good business I highly highly highly appreciate the company owner, CEO, admin staff, tech staff, customer service much appreciate.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.

Pros

I am very pleased and recommend Phorest if you are looking for a user friendly, mobile, integrated program.
Customer service is excellent and if ever there is any issue, it is resolved promptly and smoothly - thankfully this is a rarity, as the software is so reliable.
My staff have loved it and found it so easy to use, especially after the brilliant training we received. Any teething problems we have had and the phorest team has been extremely helpful.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. We were very nervous about the change to being computerised but a year on would not be without it.
Based on my previous software company there was no charge and most of my booking made over night too, so in my eyes I am concerned about this.
They seemed more technical than customer focused, and came across rude and actually a bit obnoxious in their replies, which is very unlike the Phorest communication you normally give.
