Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

It has a design is very simple and elegant and that facilitates its use, thanks to its friendly interface does not require learning curve.
Excellent - as we are a non profit sporting club we negotiated a discount which swung us to using a very good ap.
I love how the security feature secures my schedules. And the customization tab is easy to use for beginners.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

I was not looking to identify weaknesses, just the practicalities.
If people arent exactly sure what they are buying then they may not take the time to ask and therefore a missed selling oppurtunity.
In fact, over the last two months, I haven't heard a single complaint or difficulty in using the site.
