Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

A great software, very flexible and easy to implement in various business realities we have implemented it for a photographs studio and they loved it.
It is a great product-- I am only on free version, I can imagine the benefits when I grow and move to a paid plan. I appreciate that I am allowed to grow my business on the free plateform.
The ability to download our daily appointments as a CSV file is really useful - generally speaking, the amount of data we're able to extract from it for our monitoring is fantastic.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

Terrible Customer Service, terrible service, they turn your platform off without any prior warning because their staff made mistakes when you needed help. AT the end they do nothing at all to fix it.
At first, we had some trouble with our agents receiving notifications when the appointment was booked. Turned out to be user error.
The nail in the coffin for us it the lack of HIPAA compliance for the API. Their sales page touts HIPAA compliance but this is not possible if you are using the API and this is not stated anywhere.
