Pros

I really love how easy it is to navigate to my client list and find out when all of their appointments are. I also love the professional look of the booking page that the client sees.
Leanne and customer service is great, she volunteers to offer me for annual plan to save money and download all my clients contact records once she realised it is good for my business.
All of my clients have given me great feedback about bookedin and they love the friendly reminder right to their mobile phones.

Pros

The strength of this company is the fantastic support it provides for its clients. This is both at the set-up stage, and also after implementation has started.
Xola has the BEST feature set, an amazing look and feel that your customers will love and they have a solid support team - the friendliest and most helpful ever.
It also has automated features like abaindon cart as well as custom coupons and discounts which I really like. We use this software for our SUP/Kayak rental business and it has been fantastic so far.

Cons

However very disappointed in the fact that you can not do a reaccuring appointment and double disappointment that they are not sure when it maybe coming.
That you can not book multiple services at the same time I often get many clients who gets confused when they get their appointment reminders and their is multiple times.
I wish That could change because I lose money when someone sets a time 5 min afterwards. That makes me have a lot of 5 min and sometimes 10 min dead time thru out the day.

Cons

Sometimes when you tell them what you need to be able to do they disagree with you, which is odd, because they are not the ones actually using the software to run a business.
Terrible reporting and lack of customization for reports made bookkeeping a nightmare. Adding buttons and show listings online was not as intuitive as it could be.
Unable to book with different email if same name (problem when working with concierge bookings). Cannot assign guides if turn around time is tight from one event to the next.
