The main problems this solves are: --Endless back and forth with clients via email or phone tag to get appointments set up --Time spent manually doing reminders, where human error is a factor --Ease of booking on the go.

Pros

--The ability for clients to easily book multiple appointments with different providers on the same day --Customizable email reminders --Ability to add links to email reminders

Cons

We wish: --we could see a record of text and email reminders --we could see who cancelled and made appointments --we could integrate with our merchant service (Square) rather than use PayPal

BookedIN has been perfect for that, and offers a great experience to both us and our customers

Pros

Integration with website and social media works well.

Cons

The one feature I'd like to see added is a good print function for the calendar, in our case to give a daily schedule to our staff.

Easy and convenient booking app!

It has definitely made booking easier for me and has taken away the hassle of paper calendars and writing out appointment cards.

Pros

I also love having a database for client information like phone numbers and emails.

Cons

I wish the mobile app had easier access for sending and refunding payments. I must open an actual web browser to access that feature.

Overall great I like it, edit availability as and when .. Easy to organise your day and block out sections for lunch and stuff.

Pros

Easy access, I can sync to my personal calendar, appointment reminders for clients (although I wish there were more options for reminders: like a day before notification/reminder).

Cons

I can't pull over clients who are already in my contacts. It would be so much easier if I could have access to my contacts when booking a new client who may already be in my phone contacts.

It's also great to have the reminders for appointments available to be sent thru email or text depending on the client.

Cons

I wish I could have multiple schedules for different types of appointments and who the appointment would be with. Other then that it's great for scheduling

This is very useful to schedule and track any appointments and also we can get notification call and emails to remind.

Proper routing is required and some time if any cancellations the immediate feedback is required to update the changes.

I wish I could book more clients at 1 time... Would like to offer Classes through them and have everything automated like it is for a single client.

Oh and I forgot, the Android app locks up and needs to be restarted daily/hourly as it says "no connection"... Most likely my office building reception-

Pros

Patients can see same day availability Multi provider calendar easy to use Clean user interface Easy to see open times same day

Cons

Refunds are hard Attaching files for emailing is hard Website link is long (vs genbook) Import of patient data was inefficient and only includes names not addresses Patient address not verified/collected

It also expands and offers other features like other users, email and text reminders, easy to use customizable schedules and 5 free bookings a month on a standard account.

Cons

It was only a schedule and the service and pricing area was confusing. I loved the app but I needed to expand my capabilities a little.

We do not have to take payments during the busy time of all of the paperwork, so it moves a lot quicker.

The automatic reminder to the clients is one of my favorite feature, booking clients have never been that easy and to see what the recent activities have been and what's going on.

Cons

The fact that we are not able to see the appointments without internet connection is kind of annoying since I travel a lot. Finding a way to make it possible would be a big improvement

It has significantly decreased my need for back-and-forth communication just about scheduling issues, thereby saving me time. Customer service has always been so prompt with their responses.

Pros

Real time scheduling, they do all the confirmation and reminder emails, ease of ability to change my "regular" schedule when I need to.

Any less than 5 is because we know they will continue to add the features and functionality needed and that clients expect-ability to text for appointment reminders. To repeat bookings biweekly, every week same time, etc.

Pros

The online booking is easy to share in texts/social media.

Cons

Inability to text clients and to re-occurring booking times (our clients come twice a week for many weeks in a row and very time consuming to book each appointment.

A high-quality online booking software

The best unexpected benefit of using the software is it helped me to be more intentional about what hours I want to work: it has made me think more about what I want my weekly schedule to look like since I have to define what hours I'm available for clients to book.

Pros

Everything about this software is high quality: the interface (both for the business owner and on the client end) and the customer service is top-notch

Cons

I was not able to integrate the booking software into my Wordpress page but in the end I decided not to go that route anyway.
