Pros

Bookeo, really guys I love you, best product, best support. They are always quick to reply and help you find a solution.
The reporting feature is invaluable to our business and our forcasting. I love the seamless integration with our website.
The back end is intuitive and easy to understand and the marketing and social media promotions functions are terrific.

Pros

That coupled with their amazing mobile app is like the ultimate combo that allows your business to be open literally 24/7 and make you money while providing the most amazing customer experience.
I like it gives the option of passing billing fees or taking them on ourselves. I like the app features great to give information and connect with clients.
Easy online customer management and billing. They were just starting out and so was I, so it was a good fit.

Cons

No way to auto-populate timezones which caused much confusion for customers and missed classes. Integration with Google calendar but not customizable, doesn't allow for Google calendar notifications.
There is still one feature- Hidden Access where you can hide a time slot & have no idea it was hidden. We do this from time to time & have to keep track of it in another software.
I suggested to my client to just link to the portal instead but they said no.

Cons

I am proficient in computers and have trouble with this app. It has very limited functionality.
My biggest complaint is I feel very unappreciated as a long time customer.
I've used several studio CRMs - MindBody, ZenPlanner, etc - and they are all, in their own way, awful.
