Pros

Bookeo, really guys I love you, best product, best support. They are always quick to reply and help you find a solution.
The reporting feature is invaluable to our business and our forcasting. I love the seamless integration with our website.
The back end is intuitive and easy to understand and the marketing and social media promotions functions are terrific.

Pros

It has many features that can be customised to suit how you run your practise. The help in setting the software up has been amazing.
The focus on client service has also greatly improved in recent times - the operators genuinely try to help, and are polite and courteous. The training webinars are a great idea too.
Customer support did an amazing job of teaching us. He was very engaging with all our staff, very sincere and added an element of fun to the day.

Cons

No way to auto-populate timezones which caused much confusion for customers and missed classes. Integration with Google calendar but not customizable, doesn't allow for Google calendar notifications.
There is still one feature- Hidden Access where you can hide a time slot & have no idea it was hidden. We do this from time to time & have to keep track of it in another software.
I suggested to my client to just link to the portal instead but they said no.

Cons

I find the set up very technical which is frustrating because I could get so much more from PABAU.
After 8 months of problems I am almost at the end of my tether.
Inability to integrate with point of sale devices.
