Pros

Bookeo, really guys I love you, best product, best support. They are always quick to reply and help you find a solution.
They love that it's so quick and easy to register for classes. And finally, I loved that I didn't have to wait to speak with anyone to get set up and begin using this brilliant product.
It has been very user friendly on both the administrative and customer ends. We were able to successfully integrate it onto our personal website as well as other social media pages very easily.

Pros

Xola has the BEST feature set, an amazing look and feel that your customers will love and they have a solid support team - the friendliest and most helpful ever.
The best part about Xola is that they do the heavy lifting for you. They get the booking software up on the site for you and it works great.
We have been using this software for 4 years and love it. We are continually contacted by other systems, but this is by far our favorite.

Cons

The main thing that I dislike about Bookeo is their appalling customer service.
I was a customer of Bookeo for about two months. During that time, I received horrible customer service.
Custom fields errored so I couldn't make necessary fields required, fields disappeared over a weekend, booking fields didn't show for the customer.

Cons

Unable to book with different email if same name (problem when working with concierge bookings). Cannot assign guides if turn around time is tight from one event to the next.
One other thing that is slightly annoying is I have to refresh the page or close then open the app to get it to refresh to see if there are any other bookings.
My issue is they are making you pay for all of the functionality instead of just paying for what you use.

Pros

The ability to swap between available and reserved bookings is what puts xola ahead of bookeo.

Cons

The old layout was a bit difficult but now with the update I have no complaints!

Xola support is hands down the best.

It's a clean, customer-friendly interface. We use it for employee scheduling, assigning guides to the events. Xola has continued to roll out improvements along the way. Their 24/7 support is amazing. They have people in different parts of the world so someone is always available by text, and they really know what they're doing.

Pros

We switched to Xola from Bookeo two years ago. We liked it's contemporary look and ease of use for our customers.

Cons

Some things are not intuitive, though they're easy to do once you learn how. For example, setting up inventory is a bit confusing, but is actually a great feature once in place because it prevents double booking when custom events are scheduled.

We used to use bookeo, and customers had so much trouble. Xola is very clear for customer use, and that's very important.

Pros

I would recommend Xola to anyone! It's very easy for users, and the admin side is pretty easy to navigate!

Cons

Sometimes you have to scroll all the way down the page just to check the names of all of the waivers.

I love this booking software and I will never switch

The main reason I switched from Bookeo was because the customer didn't know they were going to be in the room with other people and this software solved that and so much more.

Pros

I love the rescuse feature and the private room option. Both of these features has made me a lot of money

Cons

I wish it was easier to track the codes used by the customer. I also wish I got merchant statements.

Pros

It helps me book games quickly and is easy to use from the back end. It looks very clean and organized.

Cons

We use Bookeo for some of our stores, and it has more features and is a bit more helpful when it comes to tracking and giving us data. Glitches happen too often. We need a way to block seats in the experience while we are booking, so no one comes out from under us to book the game. I've had to disappoint guests a few too many times because a game was booked out from under me.

Great user interface

I moved from bookeo to Xola because it was recommend to me from other tour operators. Overall I am pleased with the experience and the tech staff was very helpful setting up my profile. We had most of the bugs worked out after about 3 months into our season. The 24/7 tech support is great and we find work arounds for areas that can’t be solved exactly how I would like it.

Pros

ease of use on customers end customer support fast and available 24/7 handles 90% of my wants

Cons

basic sale reports are difficult to obtain scheduling conflicts occur when back-end is set up properly

Pros

I started with Xola back when the booking software genre was almost nonexistent. Back then there was Bookeo and that was about it. Now I get a sales call every week from competitors. Peek Pro seems to be the only software that is more feature rich but they are pushy and spam your customers if they get ahold of your data base so beware about them. Xola has an easy and beautiful interface. Non-pushy sales people. Help when you need it. Great ability to manage customers IF you never have to reschedule. The cost is lower than other companies if your doing volume greater than 5K a month. A good choice but you need a dedicated reservationist if you are offering an experience were rescheduling is common.

Cons

When pricing out a booking software company for your business consider the cost of an employee to manually have to reschedule your customers if your experience is prone to cancellation i.e. rain, wind, snow etc. and add it to the monthly cost of Xola to get an accurate idea of the true cost. The point of having a booking software is so you can concentrate on running your business and making it grow....
