Pros

Booker is easy to use and has a lot of great features that are very helpful to operating salon. The appointment booking, notes, and revenue system are great.
The clients love it because they can make appointments on line and they love the text reminders for their appointments.
D been looking for a program to check all my boxes and make me feel secure while not at my salon. Booker has done that and more with it's user friendly interface and fantastic customer support.

Pros

The customer service is excellent. They are a company that operates great ethics.
Very easy to use, very intuitive, with an awesome customization level considering it is a free software.
This is amazing if looking for a start up online and booking system. Easy to use, simple for clients, and has a free version.

Cons

They put my account on hold after trying to cancel their services. A ridiculous customer service representative froze my account so then no deposits could go through affecting my payroll.
It takes forever to track and check people out. The reports are confusing and make no sense and their payroll is not customizable so I still have to outsource and pay more.
Lack of customer service options, very difficult to chat with someone. Glitches happen: clients receiving cancellation emails, yet their appts haven't been cancelled.

Cons

Fresha makes them a new account and I get charged the ridiculous 20% fee. Do you think I can get support to reply to my emails.
Then they started charging me again without my knowledge. It took several days and emails fighting it.
I don’t take credit cards so I don’t need the extra service. I had to dispute it on my credit card company.
