Bernie: Some functionality that we also provide is a waitlist. What this waitlist would do is allow them to book into this. I enable this functionality. It's allowing me to create a waitlist for a class and/or a service-based appointment. What I can do is simply add a customer very easily. Let's say we're adding a blow out here. I have a service. I can select the specific staff member if that's how they're waiting for. I'm just going to say anyone, and I start logging the customer's information. Once I have that customer's information logged, I can add it to the waitlist for today and then it's giving me an update. Staff is anyone, and it's giving me a status. What this is also telling me is when I can put this on the book and what an estimated wait time would be. I have an open availability. What I can do is, simply from this waitlist, is just add this right to my calendar. What the system is doing is now letting me know who this has been booked with and I can see that showing up here on the calendar.
