I love that it reminds clients of their appointments and that I can customize my booking site. I also like that I can have certain appointments for certain days.

This is a beautifully made system, the apps definitely need work and more ease of use, functionality, but the desktop version is beautiful.

At times the wait is very long and frustrating. There are also some language problems but those are really made worse by poor hearing on my part despite hearing aids. Very prompt, always helpful, short wait times and super quick turnaround. All agents I've spoken to are patient and polite, and overall great system for your money.

The accounting end is complicated, no logical process, typical Geek mentality and no common sense.

The whole beverage section and the way you enter your beverages is just way out in left field. Tied in with the last two sentences: the beverage packages management is also terrible. There have been some issues though with the delivery of my proposals - their software if often sensed as spam and I have had NUMEROUS instances where my bids are not being received in a timely manner.
