Their customer service is excellent, the software is pretty user friendly just would love more ease of online registration and a more updated parent portal.
I love the ease of use from both our login and the parent's. I love all the reports to help streamline and find things.
And the staff are great. I always have frustrations with computers, so I have crises from time to time, but they are pretty much resolved quickly, thanks to Studio Director.
Cons
Unless you do your own customisation (which appears to be their priority) the interface is off-putting for clients, GDPR implementation is defective.
Unless it is changed immediately any customer would be crazy to use this service as it puts their clients financial security at serious risk.
Serious, serious, serious flaw: customer privacy at risk.
Cons
The only worry with that would be missing someone, and it creates extra work- which was what we were trying to avoid in using TSD.
When we switched over to Studio Director I was worried that I wouldn't have support in changing my system of billing and running my studio.
The way the account is set up in the portal is also confusing to many of our families. We need to have more font/bolding/italicizing options for the class/event confirmations.
