Pros

How flexible and powerful it is. Responsive and effective team based in London.
Excellent software at a low monthly price, would like to see more regular updates.
Easy to use and great features booking platform.

Pros

I love the ease of navigating through this software. It’s very user friendly and if I have questions I can call and get friendly customer service.
Support very good except they are not interested when I ask them about integration with our CRM.
It’s good for keeping your business up and running. CRM is very nice and the mobile app is convenient.

Cons

Unless you do your own customisation (which appears to be their priority) the interface is off-putting for clients, GDPR implementation is defective.
Unless it is changed immediately any customer would be crazy to use this service as it puts their clients financial security at serious risk.
Serious, serious, serious flaw: customer privacy at risk.

Cons

Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.
There were some combinations when making events and planning the calendar that took some tweaking. Sometimes there was a problem with calendar integration to all other calendars, but it was fixable.
No worries or things to improve at the moment.
