Pros

Vinnie and his team are a huge help and able to guide you through every step of the set up. Thank you booking live for all of your help.
Professional friendly people to deal with, good client process, prompt after care.
Students can also book when they want without having to wait for a response within our opening times. The system has been a great success for us.

Pros

They have a very useful and very easy to configure web functionality. I love the functionality of being able to synchronize rates from smoobu with the most important sales channels.
If you are searching for the perfect platform to organize the whole rental management, Smoobu is the best so far, why. Because very user friendly, all the tools just as easy as the Airbnb platform.
The easy interface enables me to manage reservations better and faster. In general, I am very satisfied with the product because it helps me stay on top of things.

Cons

The biggest problem with the booking side of things is the size and power of the system.
You'll just end up chasing them. Customer service is very poor.
Its frustrating to have to go through so many steps to get new events up, or add dates to existing event types.

Cons

Missing revenue management module to control prices easily. They do have a price management module, but its awkward to use.
I would say the only negative point we have so far is the handling/recording of invoices.
Without Smoobu there was a constant risk of double-bookings occurring across platforms.
