Pros

Vinnie and his team are a huge help and able to guide you through every step of the set up. Thank you booking live for all of your help.
Professional friendly people to deal with, good client process, prompt after care.
Students can also book when they want without having to wait for a response within our opening times. The system has been a great success for us.

Pros

Think has wonderful people behind the scenes, and they are open and accessible. They customized the platform to my requirements, and the booking experience is seamless.
Ease of use and great support. The best of about 5 Property management systems I have used over 16 years.
I love the reservation system, the ease of use, the reports, the HELP CENTER is awesome, live customer service can not be beat.

Cons

The biggest problem with the booking side of things is the size and power of the system.
You'll just end up chasing them. Customer service is very poor.
Its frustrating to have to go through so many steps to get new events up, or add dates to existing event types.

Cons

I guess, if anything, my only challenge has been how the taxes are charged when the bill is paid. It sometimes will be off by a few cents and does not correlate with my quickbooks.
I have worked with many other companys so there is some functionality that I do miss such as trying to find a guest without having their name, call me option rather than showing no availability.
My prior system got “upgraded” and in that process lost several key functions that I depended on: an availability calendar for potential visitors in the booking engine and a tape chart.
