Pros

Overall everything has been great. They are quick to help with any questions and care about the consumer.
I love the ease of convenience and the flawless layout of the app. Best value for the money paid.
Easy to use my clients love it I love it and most of all I love the little Booksy icon.

Pros

It helps the store fun effeciently as possible and presents itself very user friendly.
The easiest payroll system ever! complimented by an amazing support team. It doesn't get any better than Push Operations for payroll.
Overall, it's been a great experience that has expedited our payroll adventures at the company.

Cons

I have no real complaints. It can be kinda buggy sometimes.
Always says it’s something I must’ve done when I’ve done nothing. And never been offered any type of compensation for appointments lost due to app going down sometimes for an entire day.
Can be confusing to clients when multiple employees are taking appointments.

Cons

This is a tough question as it is very hard to find something that I dislike.
I don't like that the website does not work very well from phone/tablets. I can't approve hours or shift changes unless I'm at a desktop/laptop.
Some of the glitches that occurred from simple user error that impacted payment timing.
