Pros

I like it that is free and quite easy to use, we have been using it for some time and feed back is good. I like the recursive dates too.
This site is so user friendly and it looks great too. The vast options for making the site relevant to my organisation was excellent.
The Help articles are really useful and the Customer Service when I have raised questions with the Bookwhen Team has been brilliant.

Pros

I love the ease of use and the fact that the ergonomy of the product made it so easy to drive adoption in the organization.
What's nice is the fact that you will receive an email immediately after booking and attaches to my Outlook calendar with ease.
It is easy to use and quite helpful, especially if you are in coworking space or sharing an office like ourselves.

Cons

If I accidentally click on our own account link, I can't sign in as admin, so I have to re-enter the general Bookwhen page to log in.
I have been using the software for almost a year and cannot think of any cons apart from I had some trouble finding my fees charged by Stripe, but that was nothing to do with Bookwhen.
The only negative is that it doesn't look as 'sexy' as wanted it to. It is a little boring in it's over all look.

Cons

Before attendee collision was implemented, I found myself invited to conflicting meetings all the time. But that's in the past now.
Administrator will impose a penalty to user for 1 month period. After that period, user may be re-instated to continue use of Yaroom.
Difficulty loading logo. Not sure if that was my fault or a problem with the software.
