I now know exactly who is coming to my classes. It’s easy for customers to pay by Stripe so I hardly ever worry about cash handling, though that feature is there when I need it.
Loved the fact my customers find it very easy to use, and I found it easy to enter and amend classes. I also fi D the reporting features useful.
Perhaps a membership feature would be useful.

Excellent.
I’ve been using Bookwhen for at least six or seven years now. It’s great, easy to use, great facilities and my customers like it as well. The guys at Bookwhen are always looking for ways to improve it and the customer care is second to none! Always helpful and informative.
No cons. If I have had any queries about the software I receive prompt informative advice either through the online chat or via email but generally I find the software very user friendly.

Exceptional and has been a massive part of keeping my business going through the pandemic.
Easy to use both for my company and for my users, customer service is brilliant.
If I want to to run a pre-recorded class is has to be listed under a specific day so I have had to list these on a Sunday. It would be great to have a pre-recorded facility which means it doesn't have to fall on a certain day.

This software meets my needs perfectly. As a small business wanting to take bookings with prepayment it is ideal. I love the class pass feature, discount code options and that payments are taken through stripe. The customer service and support has always being outstanding- this was so important when I was setting up and had lots of questions.
I can't think of anything particularly that I don't like.

Easy service for myself and my customers
The ease of use. I was able to schedule multiple events in minutes and save time in comparison to other booking services. The customer support via live chat is amazing and gives you a chance to ask any questions to help you make the most of Book When. The updates on support information are brilliant and it is clear that the customer service team listen to issues raised in order to provide a clearer guidance for future usage. I am very impressed with the software.
I have yet to find any thing negative to say about the software. I suppose it would be nice to customise my booking site slightly more but it is not necessary.

Users can book and pay for classes online and I can see who is attending and also capture customer contact info.
It's so easy to use. It does what it says on the tin and if you ever need help support is readily available and very responsive. Customers love being able to book and pay in one place and we can maintain our branding on our booking page too.

Overall, Bookwhen definitely simplifies our booking process. I like that there are knowledge base to help us get the most out of the system. In terms of cost, the Lite plan definitely provides a good value, especially for small sized businesses like us.
I really like the fact that it can be sync with Google calendar to ensure that our bookings are incorporated with current schedules without any hiccups. The initial setup is very straightforward and I really appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team.
I would say that having a wide range of features can be a little overwhelming for some users, especially for a company like us with just simple booking needs.

I've been using bookwhen for my social media workshops since launch and have found it easy to use and good value. Perhaps more importantly, delegates have found it straightforward to book my training. Answers to queries are speedy. It's great to see the service being improved. For example, the addition of Stripe as a payment option was a welcome addition. I would recommend for an business or event organiser looking for an easy to use, flexible and good value booking system.

There are brilliant at helping you out when you need help!
This software is brilliant! The fact is generates zoom links for me, i can use pre-recorded material also, the class pass option for my clients, makes it all very convient to use.
The biggest problem was getting my clients accustomed to it!

We have embedded the app in our app, to allow our customers to see our online training schedule, as well as book for an upcoming training event. It works brilliantly for this - simple, easy to use, both for our clients to book training slots, as well for us to see and manage the training slots, as well as upcoming bookings. Support is also top notch, with a 100% response rate, often within 5 minutes (not that we've had to contact them for support much).

Once you know what you're doing, it's a great product - but it definitely needs some work on the user interface to add calendar links and to be able to cancel booking easily.
Integrated seamlessly into a Squarespace website I built. Looks very slick and scrolls with the page.
As. user it has 2 main flaws. 1. bookings for online events, when you add the event to your calendar, there's no link. You need to go to your email to link to the event online. 2. when you cancel an event it can be a bit of a maze to actually find your booking and cancel it. It's not at all obvious. I know my client has had lots of complaints about people not being able to cancel her classes.

I can now offer flexible online booking for all my students.
One feature I have found nowhere else: the ability to book multiple sessions in one transaction which allows me to offer flexible booking. All other systems I've found require my users to check out each session individually.
I can see little tweaks that might improve front end usability (allowing front end users to search tickets) and some extra features that I think would compliment/improve functionality (membership & subscription options) but am happy to see that many of these points are earmarked for development.

We are a small company but now have over 100 customers which is far easier to manage on a booking system. This one allowed us to be flexible with our class times, offer discount codes where applicable and so much more. Really impressed. Plus the customer support is just amazing!
This software has everything we require to set up a booking system for our customers. I have been really impressed with how easy it is to use and also how responsive the customer care have been if I have got stuck with anything. The cost too is so reasonable.
The only thing I liked least was the fact that paypal did not allow our customers to use their cards, however as the customer support team explained this is a common issue with paypal and they advised an alternative banking system to use which we shall be looking into.

Overall, I was disappointed with what Bookwhen had to offer. I only used it during a free trial period and quickly switched back to a program that had the features I liked.
Bookwhen is extremely easy to setup! This super user friendly platform can help you with group events such as, meetings or classes. Bookwhen also offers email reminders to help reduce the amount of "no shows."
Even with the most expensive package, Bookwhen does not have the ability to integrate with other apps that supply text reminders. While they do have some integration capabilities with payment processors and such, those capabilities are very limited. Bookwhen is also very limited on its personalization options.

For what its worth, you can already customise your public booking page by adding a header image, changing the colour and adding a logo. Covers all my booking needs, well thought out, flexible & reliable. I only receive good feedback on the booking process.
I started using this software about 8 months ago and honestly there isn't much it can't do with the service nor that the friendly service desk can't help with

Excellent
This is one of the most intuitive pieces of software I have ever used and it is very simple to get going. I had a few questions and these were answered promptly, clearly and with a no nonsense approach. This product saves me about 2 hours of admin time every week and I am recommending it to all my friends and acquaintances who organise similar regular and one off workshops
Some confusion among my users as to whether thy needed a password or not

Time effective way to manage bookings. Email confirmation very helpful when a booking is made. Overview tab very helpful. Manages my bookings without me having to worry. Any queries immediately responded to and there's never been a query that can't be answered by the Bookwhen team. Excellent customer service.
The ease of setting up events. Links to payment options. Help pages offered every step of the way. Option to transfer tickets. Range of payment plans to suit your business.
If someone gets stuck at the checkout for whatever reason. You can see that they've tried to book on but it hasn't worked, that's a bit frustrating from my point of view as I want them to be successful with booking.

Fairly easy to use, some options could be easier for the administrator to find but all in all worth every penny as taken away the need for Facebook group! And it’s hassle free. Retailer payments coming in - no cash to mess with .. for a busy person This has been a GOd send really .. Very very helpful staff.. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been brilliant from start to now
Information needing adjustments etc can be tricky to find on phone (iOS) flicking through pages to find where it is I need to be to change. As a lot of the viewing is in member format rather than administrator .. would be helpful to have different screen options knowing you are the admin rather than linking to the customer view ..

Once you set up the training/event, it takes care of things for you, it emails reminders, manages waiting list. I cuts the administration time managing these events down considerably
I would like to be able to copy a full event, as sometimes there are minor changes to a recurrence of the event. Or even be able to save templates for repeated events/training.
