Great, would reccomend and use again.
It's very straightforward to use and set up your listings. The support staff are always on hand, and they also have helpful articles to follow. Simple pricing plan makes it easy to explain to others why you need budget and what it will allow you to do. Free trial without entering card details helps to get a minimal viable product up and running to show others and argue the need for the service.
Could add some more ways to filter bookings quickly, but this can be done with easy workarounds.

Great. Super friendly staff and so easy to use but if you do have questions you can do an online chat
This software makes booking classes easy. All the information is stored and saved for the organisation. For those booking on reminders and confirmation emails are sent do they have clear details of what they have signed up too. The page it sets up for you looks professional and classy.

Easy integration into a website build, and the look of the system is professional. The support team are also really helpful and even though it takes a long time to set up it does what it says on the tin.
The flexibility an administrator has to change sessions with dates and times is very limited and when you need to change descriptions of play sessions, you have to be extremely careful about which ones the system changes when you make a change

Bookwhen has revolutionised the way we run course & activity bookings, saving our volunteer leaders hours and hours of administration, allowing our members to quickly and easily see what's available then book courses, and giving fast & easy access to the instructors on who to expect. Despite being on the free package the support from the team has been outstanding, and i can't find anything that comes close to the functionality.

Took a while to get set up , but just kept chipping away . The back up has been invaluable and saved so much time , response time on queries is very quick ! I used the free trial to get set up, although it looked like my paying month was shortened because of that ? Maybe the trial could have been a bit longer to alow for the set up would be my only negative comment

The situation with covid-19 impacted my business. I teach yoga and my demographic is retired older people many of who were shielding. Bookwhen gave me the opportunity to take my classes online via zoom and a way to pay using paypal. It was easy to set up and it is easy to manage.
I wanted to create a website so that clients could book and pay in advance of my classes. The costs of creating one from scratch were mounting, a friend suggested bookwhen and this proved a much cheaper and easier way of bringing my yoga business online.
The only negative is that it doesn't look as 'sexy' as wanted it to. It is a little boring in it's over all look. But it does the job and does it well.

I love the fact that you can add future dates for classes at the same venues, without needing to set it up each time. Really easy to cancel bookings or transfer places if you need to. A really clear user interface and easy to switch between public view and admin view!
I honestly can't think of any downsides from me! The only minor point I can think of is that it'd be great to be able to have the 'send reminders' option I the basic package too, as I just don't run enough classes to warrant paying for more, but I appreciate something has to give

I recently contacted Bookwhen to cancel my subscription as I haven't been using it. I received an email from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and thanks to her friendly advice, I've switched to their free plan in case I need to use the software again. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been fantastic through our email chats and has never tried to push me to do anything. I happily recommend Bookwhen as you can be assured that there's a great service team behind the scenes to help you :)
I decided to use this software after another trainer recommended it to me. It's worked very well for me when I've needed it and would recommend it to any trainer doing online classes.
I've had no problems using this software and nothing obvious that needs improved

An option where people can confirm their email address when booking would be great. Also, a "book" button etc when choosing a class/product would be great. Some people dont realise how to book.

Great customer service and overall really user friendly and efficient and no issues so far.
It's easy to use, navigate and adapt to your business and needs. The customer service is responsive, swift and efficient and it just makes bookings, ticketing and scheduling so much easier.
The cost is still quite high for a monthly service especially for a small sole trader business like myself, a scale of payment options would be great whereby individuals, start ups and small scale businesses could pay a lower rate than bigger businesses - anything to keep costs low would be welcome. Loyalty and referral discounts too

1. Informing about event details and having the clients book a seat easily. 2. Unique attendees is definitely a plus. 3. Lesser phone calls and enquiries about the events from clients which saves a lot of time and resources.
Capping certain number of attendees for an event is the best feature so far. Alongside unique attendees is definitely another best feature we require. Customizing public pages is worth the mention as well.
Everything works perfect except its UI feels like it could definitely use a complete design overhaul.

reduced volunteer time and easy to use centralised system
Being a charity we wanted a solution to aid our volunteers to book their training requirements. Bookwhen has offered a simple to set up and use solution, it has also meant we have reduced workloads of other volunteers by having a one stop centralised booking system
So far only found a couple of small minor improvements that I would like to see however the benefits far outway any cons. I am also sure that once submitted the company will look to incorporate into future versions

It’s easy for customers to use
Easy to use for my business and easy for my customers to book a class with me.
Probably only the options for a header and positioning of logos etc. it would be great to have more editing functions on the header and logo options

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was our contact and has been super with regards to everything from answering questions, tech help, product suggestions. Responding very quickly and instantly in lots of cases! The product is great, does a great job of making our events look professional, plus making it easy to use for both us as admins, and the customer! I’d really recommend it to anyone selling tickets, events courses, coaching, etc etc
The software was easy to set up and use ( even for not technical persons like me) It looks super professional and gave our events a quality feel. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who helped us through the whole process was fantastic!
There are a few things we would have liked to do with the software for set up and changing events, but for the value of the product it does almost everything we need!

Easy to use and set up - good value with great service.
Wish I could click a button to add photos. I know there is a way to do it but I never took the time to work out how.

It's pretty easy to add in photos to event descriptions, and you can host an unlimited number of photos on your Bookwhen account too :) For the time being it requires some very simple 'Markdown' coding, but in the future we will be introducing an interface to make this event easier. I recently started art classes and this software was game-changing. You just have to create your event and send the link to whoever wants to register. You don't have to worry about forgetting someone's email or having the class overcrowded or try to remember who paid and who didn't. Bookwhen has every feature you might need. It's extremely easy to use and even easier for the clients to book.
Although I'm not using the payment feature yet, I wish there were more payment options.

Easy to use (on the whole with a few areas for improvement), well priced and good functionality for a small business.
The block booking options are decent but have room for improvement as a little clunky and the design feels a little dated.

I am happy with the system at the moment, it does everything I need it to do, we upgraded recently which made a huge difference to our booking process
I think its great being able to add multiple ticket types to an event. The process for setting up a new event is explained very clearly. I have had great feedback from customers since we upgraded

easy to set up, high degree of functionality, integration with zoom and payment methods.
relatively easy to set up and its integration with other third party software such as Zoom
maybe too much information displayed to the end user can cause some confusion. May be away to have universal settings for each class entry that can be accessed and changed. This may be available I just did not find it, as I am a relatively new user.
