Great system and easy to use. Less hassle when organising events for my Thai SupperClub and will it again and again
One thing I don’t like is, I had to connect to other payment system like stripe....I like stripe but wish it already built in to bookwhen

I didn’t continue after my initial set up as I found an alternative company which was better suited to my companies needs.
Not enough to make me want to use it permanently.
I found it complexed and time consuming.

This has saved me so much time and fuss compared to having people register through a Google Doc or via email. I'm a small, one person consultant so this is a great product for me to use!
The videos and setup guides were extremely helpful. The software is very intuitive in nature, and from reviews by participants in meetings and workshops, the interface works well for them also. Excited to start trying to generate some revenue with "paid tickets" next.
Nothing comes to mind immediately. I have no concerns

The ease of use and the ease of set up. The customer service is great as well and the articles are helpful if you aren't sure what to do.
If you aren't used to working with code this can be a bit of a drawback. I did have to make a video call to get support, but that did the trick in less than 10 minutes. Rep was very helpful.

WOW. Why didn't we move to this system sooner? Previously, we'd taken phone and email registrations and billed at the end of the month. Talk about tedious! Now customers can log on, choose ALL their courses, pay, and receive confirmations, virtually automatically. This is saving us HOURS every week.

So easy. I taught my friends how to use it in their businesses.
So simple to book appts, you can even do tickets! Recommend by Amazon. This supports paypal so that made it even easier. You can book events and track your customers.
I really like it. Not much to say. Oxford University recommends it and I just found that out. Really a great product.

It is generally very straightforward to use and logical. The level and quality of customer support is outstanding.
Not always clear what functions are displayed when using the basic package.

Some functionality is restricted with the free version but that's to be expected and common across programmes.

Easy to use. Regular updates and improvements. Outstanding support on chat and email with team members.
Only thing I had query about was setting up a direct debit subscription service at some point in the future, as would have been useful for my plans. Turns out I didn't need anyway!

Splendid
I like the realtime time booking system so that I know exactly how many people will be attending my classes . Having notifications from my bank too means I am alerted to when people book on.
It could do with more colour and graphics for visual people which is nothing really. Can't think of anything to moan about

My most like thing about the Bookwhen is the interface they provided. It's very customizable and it saves more time and effort than other systems. and the implementation cost also very low

Free, online management of small groups, in a transparent and efficient manner.
Intuitive and easy to us, as well as free. The layout, options and presentation are straighforward and flexible.
I am happy with the free option of this software, and have no complaints with any aspects of the product, thus far.

I have tried this tool as a free trial an I love it. It gives the chance to evolve with others and keeping up with schedule.
