M a big fan of the name (it's obvious what platform is used for from an outside perspective for people scheduling), and having the ability to set up multiple meeting types and teams is great.
I like how i can have a nice way to embed a schedule a time to talk tool right within my website. The free version is robust and easy enough to use that it will be sufficient for most basic users.
No longer do my reps have to go back and forth with prospects about when they can meet, that work is pushed to the prospect and both sides are happy. It is very much a win-win that way.
Cons
The biggest inconvenience was setting up my work hours after the initial setup. The flow for finding what you need feels disjointed and you can get lost when trying to find the setting you need.
No more having to worry about cancelled meetings due to one person not being able to attend at that time. Calendly has helped me to organize my meetings, interviews, and so much more.
The biggest problem is I once had a phone interview that I missed because the calendar invite would not load. I did everything I could to find out when the meeting was.
