When an opportunity reaches the right stage, we push the details across to Xero to generate the quote and/or order form. Unfortunately it doesn't allow us to pull data from additional fields - which would have helped speed up the process even further.

There is a add on app that we install into Gmail. It allows us to add any conversation directly from the email thread inside of Gmail. I normally send emails to people directly from inside Capsule, but if someone emails me (or responds to me) it is handy to be able to allocate, or create a new opp/case from inside of my inbox (rather than have to forward emails using a BCC).

Teams can store all contacts in one place in Capsule, whether they are a lead, a supplier, or an investor. Capsule's filters and tags allow managers to sort and find the contacts when needed. Alongside contacts, administrators can add associated tasks and record the entire communication history with a contact. The visual sales pipeline that supports drag and drop editing, enabling operators to manage sales opportunities. Supervisors can create sales milestones, add sales opportunities into Capsule and create sales processes that are associated with each sales step. At a glance teams will be able to see all opportunities and can then analyze the entire sales process using the insightful sales and activity reports.
