It important to remember that it is more suitable for a smaller client and cannot be expected to compare with large and well-established CRMs. I enjoyed the calendar and ability to have reminders about important dates. There was also the great feature of mashing it with Mailchimp as well.

I like that it works with Melrose: good, better, best pricing. I like that it won't let us close the order without the email and phone number for customer. The ease of use is great. I like that I can pull up a customer's name and address while I am walking to greet the customer and start the order at the same time.
