Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Pros

The Idea of Task Board is really nice and this is a very good tool for monitoring tasks and keep them in mind. Mentioning about their blog is good for creating loyalty.
We have a lot of different tools and this interrogates with most of them. For those that doesn't the API has been a fantastic solution to get our processes working.
Love the product as it allows to manage customers, projects, contracts, finances and time management in the same application. Great list of features in each of this areas to manage them.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.

Cons

I hate that one has to pay for customer support.
Tries to do too many things and fails at most of them.
Support is very poor and only available via email. It can take a day for a response and I find myself having a week long back and forth on something that would take just a few minutes via phone.
